Mogadishu (HOL) - Somalia's top leaders are again at odds after the Prime Minister abruptly expelled a top-level African Union diplomat from Somalia for "acts that are incompatible with his status as representative of the African Union Commission," according to a brief press statement issued by the PM's office.
