Caw (as in the sali) is made from bamboo root strips, it can also be made from caawska, which comes from a tree called "maad" in somali, no idea what it is called in english.

Today I went to the gym to get a long, invigorating workout . I got in and started doing a half hour on the elliptical, when much to my horror, an older overweight women in way too-tight Spandex got on the one to the right. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, so I stared straight ahead and tried to be in denial for the rest of the workout. The things I saw in the next two hours both made me sad, and horrified me. Based on this, I have some suggestions for appropriate attire at the gym.war gaaladu xishoodkiiba katagay

^^SO what shocked you?? Her clothing or the fact that she was overweight and in certain clothing. For example if she was a dazzling fit blond, would you have been bothered.

 

If fat people cannot go to the gym, where else are they suppose to go?? The gym is for fat people, I hate those skinny rats that go to the gym more than those who need it, hogging the machines with their bony self!
