It has been more than a decade since such money making fake exercises were spoken all around East Africa from Uganda to Somalia.

Again this is making a comeback.

PM Abiy had promised to get rid of the anti-terrorist law when elected. He recently used it on the Amxara area disturbances.

And now since he informed Ethiopians that Al Qaeda, ISIS or versions of hem is a major threat, he will continue.

Who is paying who?
