Cara, I hated even the article. What was the article trying to say? He goes on to quote a 12 year old report about Somalis literacy levels (half are illiterate in any language). Why? It most certainly cannot be the most recent report. The whole article was negative and inspired by hatred.

 

@ Mr. Paragon, The Times is definitely after the Somalis. Every decade it's some minority, now it seems Somalis are the hottest scum immigrants around. Puke @ the Times. This is the last time I'm going to accept a copy from a homeless person. I'll let it rot on the street.
