There are early signs of this plan working. The problem with Amhara is that they want to go back to a bygone era. The biggest news that no one is talking about is the Federal Government have no control over large swaths of rural areas. In fact control of the federal government in Oromo is shrinking by the day and other ethnic groups are taking note.
