Chocolate and Honey Posted June 9, 2009 My god!! Someone stop this woman ASAP! Female circumcision and female genital mutilation or FGM are seperate issues. Circumcision is Sunnah(NOT REQUIRED) for women and FGM is HARAM, because you're mutilating and removing vital tissues. This woman is confusing religion with culture.
