Honestly, I hope they will be invited in, even tho we say "Geel ninkii dhaqdaa Maala", in the past they were keen to help Morgan and pledged allegaince with him, which in no way served their intrests, however as you mentioned it would have been great if they take active role in admistration.

FYI, in Kismayo, good equal opurtuinity policy is in place. All the local tribes hold important postions and happy with the alliances. Of course there are some security issues down there thata need to be ddealt with, however, then isn't this a propblem to well established admistrations like PL and SL?
