  1. As for somali's back in the day, they were really no different than somali youth of today especially in hamar, you would see men and women dressed in western clothing, afro's and pants, socialising. Just look at some old somali pictures. Somali's were actually more secular back in the day than today. And in the rural area's, they had what was called masafo, which is basically marriage without the consent of parents, this was mainly done by the poor who couldn't afford to pay large maher. I would not be suprised if many you are a product of masafo marriage. The point is, you cannot regulate people's behavior especially teenagers, no matter what. Live and let live, i say.
  2. What's wrong with these somaliland fools? they'd rather be ruled by the queen of england than a fellow somali. Celebrate and be happy you delusional morons.

  6. It seems like two white women in their 50's died today. p.s MJ was a great muscian but a crazy dude.
  7. LG If you're not the one 'suffocating', why exactly do you care what people wear if it doesn't endanger others? You seem to be an extremist yourself, a secular nazi of sorts.
  8. Time seems to enjoy playing spoiler in our lives, time is the sadistic cousin of death. When you're bored and need it to hurry, it likes to take it's bloody time, when you doin something important, monumental, entertaining, you run out of time. Where did the time go? The times are changing. It was the best of times it was the worst of times. Time is on my side. Time waits for no man. Great, it looks like I've just wasted more time.

That's michale jackson *****. Anyways back to the topic, I understand banning burqa's, niqaabs, basically anything that conceals one's face especially at schools and government institutions for security reasons, but hijaab is something else. The title is misleading, he said 'burqa's' not hijaab.
  12. General Duke The good prime minister is an integral organ of this government, you can't like some of it and dislike others.
  13. haha. so you're actually a romanian security guard obsessed with somali's? yaab.
  14. I'm still weary of this study because it has 'british' funding, even though south africa is crime ridden, but this is crazy. They might loose revenue for the world cup if they don't do something about it. http://www.huffingto npost.com/2009/06/18 /south-africa-rape-s tudy-1_n_217266.html One in four men in South Africa admitted to raping someone and many confessed to attacking multiple victims, according to a new study conducted by the Medical Research Council and reported by the Mail and Guardian. Of those surveyed, 28% said they had raped a woman or girl, and 3% said they had raped a man or boy. Almost half who said they had carried out a rape admitted they had done so more than once, with 73% saying they had carried out their first assault before the age of 20. The study, which had British funding, also found that men who are physically violent towards women are twice as likely to be HIV-positive. They are also more likely to pay for sex and to not use condoms. The study also found that gang rape is common in South Africa because it is considered a form of male bonding, reports the BBC. The Mail and Guardian also reports that the South African government has faced stiff criticism for its nation's high level of rape. Only a fraction of rapes are reported, and only about 7 percent of those reported lead to a conviction. "The absolute imperative is we have to change the underlying social attitudes that in a way have created a norm that coercing women into sex is on some level acceptable," Professor Rachel Jewkes of the MRC told the BBC.
  15. If you;re into science fiction, i'd suggest the andromeda strain, timeline etc by michael crichton. I'm gonna pick up his final book, 'next', soon. Other authors I suggest: Walter mosely, isaac asimov, Elmore leonard.

  17. lol siren is alright in my books. But like all opinionated women, the only way to deal with them, is to club them across the head and drag them to your cave. The neanderthal shukansi style
  18. This siren should think of becoming a gossip columnist, I'm sure there are plenty of more mindless females who would eat her nonsense up.

Earning the displeasure of Allah is worst thing a person can ever earn as this will lead to his destruction, whether other mere humans look down on them is really irrelevant. In saying that, a sister who has good character, who prays, fast, does not commit zina, avoids gossip and backbiting, for the sake of Allah, YET does not wear a Hijab, this is a strong indication that she loves goodness and hates evil. Naturally her good deeds will increase her Iman and in time she will fulfill Allahs full commands. quote: Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi relates an indicative story. He said that once he was delivering a speech before thousands of female students in Constantinah, Algeria. The majority of the attendants were without hijab. A female student asked him: What do you think of female students who attend Islamic lectures without wearing the hijab? The answer was expected to be harsh. However, Sheikh Yusuf replied that we should not only welcome her but also encourage her to attend. Any woman’s motive to attend such lectures is a clear sign of inward faith that needs to be stimulated in order to come to the surface. Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi concludes that we should not reject the Muslim woman who offers prayer, fasts, and is keen to do her religious duties because she has a weak point and does not wear the hijab. Rather we invoke Allah to strengthen her will and help her commit fully to her Islam. [islamonline] As for going to the mosque; no Muslim women should be ignorant enough to go to a mosque wearing whatever they want, even none-Muslims cover when visiting mosques. The mosque is sanctuary for so many to hide out particularly for the guys, it is probably the only time their eyes are not sinning. They would be cursing you all day if you flashed them when they were least expecting it. Why do I get the feeling you're speaking from experience? do you flash unexpected miskiin odayaal at the mosque?
