One thing is for sure.. If i was him i would retire and spend the rest of my frigile moments in mekkah asking for "dambi dhaaf"
  3. Originally posted by A.J.: The country is called Somaliland, therefore the land of Somalis, so how can they be somalideed? i think the somalideed are those who invite ETHIOPIANS into their countries to destroy it. Well said AJ.
  4. Law and order? I'm sure thats one thing Addis Ababa aren't very conerned with here. Unless you have expatations from M.dhere and his likes.
  5. Good luck to them indeed ...thanx guys ..insha allah peace and progress will prevail.
  6. i can see why You regard liverpool as a more likley top 4 then villa. man City is arguable but everton is an insult to villa. I guess you judge by the prious season finish then by how the two teams played against each other the current season so far.
  7. i wonder what goes through ones mind when their preaching somalinmo iyo midnimo while on the other hand supporting external military use with in Somalia’s sovereign boundaries, unlawfully obliterating masses if somali people for political gains. The disunity among Somalis and the growing hunger for secessionist to go their separate way is one and the same problem. Put a stop to Hypocrisy and Double standards!
  8. The inclusion of land takes a lot of dialogue and cannot be added with out the permission of the locals. What you see is either places that have fully adopted GMS as its regional athourity and places that are either pending or future talks are planed to be held. over. P.s Much of the green land it self is pending.. so that map isn’t very accurate in outlining land which come under Galmudug administration.
  9. Somaliweyn. GalMudug State is the name of a regional Authority in central Somalia. Not a Clans name. Hobyo is peaceful now and all clans that live there have embraced peace to better their lives. The unnecessary skirmishes a few yrs back between one and the same people. All citizens of Galmudug are represented so there is no clan that dominates another.
  10. Your absolutely right juje. There are far too many members of parliament and minister abroad. The interior minister has been there a while but also was back home prior to that and will hopefully return shortly to continue his work. I think the governor of Hobyo region is definitely one example of a senior official who left Europe and after being appointed did stay to do his work like expected of them. Mr che.. Glad to be earning my stripes in quick succession
  11. Mowlid Macaane can at least take a deep breath and smile about one thing.. which is the fact that cabdullahi doesn’t regard him as Somali wont matter as long as Baidhabo remains the seat of the doomed Protectorate of Ethiopia. For he who controlls calls the official shotts.
  12. There up against liverpool next and since their on same points i guess there fighting for 4th place at the moment and thats more then UEFA Cup.
  13. S slash.. Alitle research wouldnt hurt or are you tryng to set me up for the defence of a drawn out map. Google GalMudug State ..you should find your asnwers there.. BTW.. it has achieved more than any other state in somalia with in its first yr or so of existance. Else/If/.. VB orientated i see
  14. Waxaa ka darneed midkoo oo iyiri Islaanta boqorada ayaa odeyaga cabdullahi hospitaalku jiifey ku soo boqatay ... HAHAHA.. He must have heard Diana used to visit sick children at hospitals in africa..
  15. ^ "administrative authority that organises the region" Its my pleasure to inform and update you.. GMS has achieved those needs. If its tribal for not including all clans of Somalia... well then we are forgetting that not all clans live in that specific region and there fore can only bind with those that do.
  16. Someone who call them self the president of Somalia should know better then using ethnicity in a discriminatory way against not only the Somali people but a protesting MP. Very shameful indeed. Imagine if Gordon brown said to a protesting Black british MP..”it doesn’t matter, your not british anyway” .... See the whats wrong with that response? The old man is shameless indeed.
  17. This silly recurring question of who is in and who is out, I believe I’ve already answered. But again Alll somalis are welcome to live and work and prosper contributing to the local economy. It would help if you'd not see this as a seperation wall of isreal but as a line which the admin knows where it has the concent to operate in by the locals and where not. The other question of "how does creating a new regional power body that will need to complete for authority and land with the others so called states.." Already your under the impression that it has to compete for power and land. The notion of that GMS is nothing more than a group of opportunist..is baseless and is what your implying. however I see your concern. Ina very brief way.. The process would be similar to this.. Firstly recognise the need for peace and a regional authority in a law less land. Then identify the chain of command with in communities in THE law less land. As we know it clan elders are at the top (not necessarily meaning their powerful but instrumental) Then you as the initiator have to sit with these people and keeping in mind those that may have strong/weak clan/political affiliation with anyone who may be against the struggle towards peace, progression and security. When you manage to reach an agreement/understanding with them. You can prepare setting up the regional authority with the consent of the locals and start an election for a regional government. GMS does not seek independence nor have I said Somaliland achieved its success by seeking independence. You’re also right. I haven’t represented too much technicalities of GMS here but that’s because there was not a need for it how ever i see you’re interested to know so i’ll supply you with some to help you understand.
  18. Firstly I’d like you not to generalize or assume GMS would automatically do any mistakes other Regional authorities may have done. Secondly there was no local rule there. In fact there was a structure of ancient traditional rule of clan elders which has eroded away from Somalia’s political scene back in 1960. These clan elders were not able to control the masses, repel the heavily armed warlords that operated and did as they pleased in different regions of Somalia. So it became a must to update the structure of law and order which opened up doors for a state like authority. One that can accumulate wealth, progression, security and motivate harmony.
  19. Adaa mudan walaal. Runtiina ma filaayo iney xisbigaani cusub ee tageero ama awood ku yeelato Waqooyiga soomaliya , In Maamulka ka jira dhulkaasi ey wax ka qaban doonto ayey u badan tahay oo kala diridoonto.
  20. Caano Geel. Your concern is noted but if you look at other federal countries e.g USA. You will find each state has its borders. It only logic for any regional government to outline the regions which it administrates.
  21. To the other person.. In order to achieve peace, someone has to start somewhere. You can't sit there and hope to find peace knock on your door step. If your able to unite the people in your region and build a regional authority that looks after its inhabitant. I can only see that as positive. But of curs if the authority of that region contributes to Somalia’s problems e.g Clan discrimination/ Arming of clans to fight for clan purposes and other Anti Somali Unity or indeed support foreign troops to massacre other Somalis on the bases of their clans. Then yes, Somalia is better off without it.
  22. Slash. My name is Galbeyte and I’ve studied some programming and currently in the networking field. Hopefully a Cisco certified engineer in the near future. I'm also well orientated with Somali politics in which GMS happen to be one my strongest faculties. It’s sort of like corresponding best from your neck of the woods. I might not be the only one in this position but i hope to meet others similar as well as different to me and exchange views.
  23. The point? I see double standards and Hypocrisy.. Its very hard to grasp the point when its presented in that fashion.
