  2. If a person abandons prayers completely, eventhough he knows that the prayers are compulsory, most of the scholars say that this person is out of Islam. When the person decides to start praying again, the person needs to redo the shahadah ( witnesses are not necessary, this is between you and Allah swt) in order to return to Islam. All sins are forgiven when doing the shahadah and the person does not have to make up any prayers, it is understood that the person has now decided to repent and to practice Islam ( not just do the shahadah to have sins forgiven and then continue to abandon prayers ... ) The muslim who misses some prayers for the muslim who misses a prayer here and there, first of course he needs to repent and ask forgiveness and then proceed to say all prayers, then he can evaluate how many prayers he missed and then do voluntary prayers to compensate for the missed prayers whether a person knows or not how many compulsory prayers he missed here and there over the months or over the years, performing many voluntary prayers on a regular basis is recommended at all times, as well as offering du'a and increasing the number of good deeds Those Who Do Not Say Their Prayers Of: Fajr: the glow of their face is taken away. Dhuhr: the blessing of their income is taken away. 3Asar: the strength of their body is taken away. Maghrib: they will not benefit from their children. 3Isha: the peace of their sleep is taken away. Allaah Most High says (which means): Then there has succeeded them a generation which has given up prayers (i.e, made their praycrs to be lost, either by not offering them at all or by not offering them perfectly or by not offering them in their proper fixed times, etc.) and have followed lusts. So they will be thrown in Hell. Except those who repent and believe in the Oneness of Allaah and His Messenger (), and act righteously. [surah Maryam, 19:59-60] (The people in Hell will be asked:) What has caused you to enter Hell? They will say: We were not among those who used to pray. Nor did we feed the poor. And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allaah hated) with vain-talkers. And we used to belie thc Day of Recompense. Until there came to us that which is certain (i.e., death). So no Intercession of intercessors will benefit them [surah Al-Muddaththir, 74:42-48] the Prophet also said (which means): What lies between a man and disbelief is the abandonment of prayer. [Muslim, Aboo Dawood, Nasaa'ee] And the Prophet said (which means): If anyone abandons prayer deliberately then he has no claim upon Allaah. [ibn Maajah, ADAB-AL-MUFRAD of Bukhaari, Tabaraani] The Qur’an Surah 28, verse 56: *{It is true you will not be able to guide every one, whom you love; but God guides those whom He will and He knows best those who receive guidance.}*
  3. nice topic brother...and very good of you to bring it up.. the bottom line here really is people now days don't marry for the right reasons, and what’ve lead many astray or even forced them to get divorced... One should not marry for the sake of getting wealth, or should not only marry for love, or marry for the other partner being good-looking.. just to mention a few...cause those three reasons are not enough to make a relationship such as marriage work.. there's a lot to be said about this topic but I'll leave at that....take care
  4. Jag skrev den aldrig me dig den e din gubben ....such a masterpiece can only be yours I have many favorites but this is one of a kind written by the late John Clare very lovable poem.... First Love I ne'er was struck before that hour With love so sudden and so sweet. Her face it bloomed like a sweet flower And stole my heart away complete. My face turned pale, a deadly pale. My legs refused to walk away, And when she looked what could I ail My life and all seemed turned to clay. And then my blood rushed to my face And took my eyesight quite away. The trees and bushes round the place Seemed midnight at noonday. I could not see a single thing, Words from my eyes did start. They spoke as chords do from the string, And blood burnt round my heart. Are flowers the winter's choice Is love's bed always snow She seemed to hear my silent voice Not love appeals to know. I never saw so sweet a face As that I stood before. My heart has left its dwelling place And can return no more.

  7. and I don't think assinating the warlords will bring fort any change- it'll only be a step back. Changes does not come with violence- changes start with communication
  8. When somalis ask help us to make somalia better, they should instead say help somalis to understand each other better. The main peoblem with our people today is not the will of wanting to make somalia a better place, the problems lies not in whether we want a place we can call home a peacful place- cause no matter all our Indifferences- I think we can all agree on that we want a peaceful place to call home. The problem lies in our communication with one another- we have very hard time reaching each other. One may say something and another one will translate it and make it something else. I think somalis in general should work on communicating with each other- doing that will certinatly take us closer our common goal.
  9. Our solution is Islam, and not the islam so many of us seem to claim- the islam people know by name one that've been mixed with culture. No we need pure islam, our faith is destined to lead those willing to be lead- if we want a political system- islam will provide, if we want economical system- islam will provide, if we want social system- islam will provide. democracy is by name very good- but practically it never reaches its full potential. Tribalism- will never work,

    Ya Allah

Since I read it had to respond Touched my soul and indeed my heart A blessing it was reminding again Allah did give humanity a chance Gave beauty in an amount out of count He gave me ears and for sure he let me see Allah is my throne who I forever seek That poem it awakened the fear I forgot The strength of imaan should really begin Complains is part of nature Yet people over use it some times About the child who could not play Braked my heart- reminding me of my bliss A joyful kid wanting to be among is standing ahead And what do I do with my ears Listening to music instead of quran Hurtful it is and yet so true Imagine being nice to a blind man a day Lending him your eyes to see the beauty While you sinfully stare at things hurtful to you Honestly I can go on and on till there is no place to write But the truth really remains a fact Appreciation is a fulltime must, and a prayer always with your tongue To thank the creator for creating you ------------------------------------------------- I actually wrote that to my self- reminding my self...
  12. Hi it's my first time posting in here- and I must tell you folks you are very good with what you do. A dear friend of mine told me to visit this site- and now I don't wanna leave it. I wrote this poem today/tonight and wanted to share it with you, I didn't want to start on with a posting of my own- you all seem to like it in here so I'll keep it right here. PS. Hjärtat sorry, but this doesn't change any of my feelings it rather sorts it out, read it twice and see your meaning in it. ------------------------------------------------- It’s been a while since I used my pen To express my thoughts One may say it’s due to feelings being oppressed I’ll say it’s due to life keeping me fixed I ended a love story who never should’ve began A tale doomed to ever exist My heart it called pain for not knowing It showed my praying that little was to be changed Amazing how little one may be no power to heal a bleeding soul To uplift a grieving mind A young soul on a road a journey is taken upon Life enters and a bliss is beyond Awaiting is trials of seduction round the block sin is preparing No where is a land to be made than what Allah has approved Yet I fail not to amuse Iblis Strangely how I felt for two, yet a heart is placed for one Covering the conscience with jokes to foretell a ruling made for me Deeply I knew that wrong was made To have it was not for me If its to ask what are your dream I strongly would say God guide me With pleasant visions enlisted yet a darkness pollutes the air Coldness inside grasps my blood, grapping my thoughts Firmly I turn to my stare -------------------------------------------------
