There is no place in somalia that belongs to all clans and if the locals insist on wanting their clan state in banadir,it should be moved to some other place or an agreement should be reached to satisfy the locals.it aint a rocket science.however,unilateral declaration of phantom federal entity with out consultation with locals isnt gonna to have any effect.
