    They always used Puntland as a hedge and a tool against the central gov. Their investment in Puntland was minimal.

    Deni's authority has been diminishing thanks to his inability to comprise and antagonize everyone.

    PSF and clan militias from Garowe are openly defying him. Issimada are done with him.

    They are already leaving Bosaso. Thier equipment and personal are being flown to Ethiopia or back to Abu Dubai.

    Their proxies are being choked logistically and rare aligning with Saudis, Turks, and Pakistan.

    What needs to happen is to Somali leaders stop being nutters and work on Somali solution promoted by Somali agenda alone. Prostituting ourselves to Emirates or Saudis would only complicate the division and pronlong the civil war. Why change the constitution the only thing Somalis agreed on? Why seek division when the country has not yet recovered from long civil war?

    I believe he did, but the man is losing support very fast. His stubbornness doesn't help.

    It's worth noting Pland troops and elders are in Sool now. Many didn't appreciate his hostility towards Northeast state.

    Secessionist forces lost almost their ground. Saudis equipped local tribes and the internationally recognized government. They put blockade on the sea and control the Yemeni airspace. UAE are paper tigers without entrenched local support.

    Saudi Arabia doesn't support secessionist movements. It wants to control the ruling elite. UAE is creating chaos in order to extract resources and control the Redsea access with support from Israel and US. But it looks like they don't have the muscle or desire to confront their more powerful neighbors 

    HSM government support this move meaning he no longer has their support. Like Farmaajo, he can ask them to leave Somalia.

    There's a talk of granting Turks a base in Las Qorey.

    Saudi Arabia and the internationally recognized Yemeni gave UAE 24 hours to vacate Yemen after  the UAE supported secessionists Yemeni Forces started capturing vast areas of Yemen.

    Saudis hit military supplies given by UAE. UAE announced their withdrawal after the strikes.
