As far I know there is no set date for nomination. The current cabinet automatically report to him and he can take as long as he can to nominate or continue with the current cabinet. But normally, judging from previous handovers, the nomination is within the first two weeks and the approval process takes as long as 2 months. After parliament blesses the nomination each of the new minister has 30 days to take over minister and get handed over by previous care-taker minister.

Somaliland is an independent entity which is a factual reality or what is legally known as "De Facto" status. It is awaiting official recognition of that factual reality in what is legally known as "De Jure" Status. Those who think Somaliland is a region of Somalia need to take a hard look at themselves in the mirror.
