I've asked friend awhile ago if he'd consider a getting lucky with a girl of this clan. He said though he would not mind facing the ultimate decision of his family, specially the waalid disowning him, he's not ready to have his future owlaad endure such painful life for how long? Is it worth? He argued. Is it fair for innocent children to take such level of abuse? Would you? I've always thought family acceptance was a bit overrated. We all have to grow up, you can't please everyone so you have to please yourself! As long as the two people involved are compatible and can accept what differences there actually are between them, they should go for it. Put yourself in their shoes. Well.....some of us are already walking in those shoes and holding their heads up high. Would you sacrifice your life and that of your children? NO, if I lived in Somalia where children that are product of this clan will be stigmatized for life. Laakin inta, labo koob uma kabadeen.

    Cold Weather

^ Oh I feel warmer just thinking about you and Haneefah moving somewhere *HOT*. . The only thing I like about the cold weather is that it makes my cheeks rosy pink.

  6. Sorry, can't help you with this one. I live in Wal Mart.
  7. GJ, what you expect of him when the very Islamist call him the enemy of the state and put a prize on his head? Ha Ha prize on his head, kulahaa. I am now offering a box of cookies to anyone who can bring me the head of this man.
  8. ^ Waa kuu jeedaa JB, ciyoodibo istaraashadii gaduudneed aa madaxa ku wadatay waa xoortay, saasaa kaa rabaaa!
  9. Horta kaalay nin "Bikro" ma jiraa? Why is it only a woman's virginity always the one that matter's more? It seems that there's no value placed on the man's.
  10. ^ if not a fork, than you can always stab it with your front long teeth .
  11. Ha Ha@ you guys. I like watching men enjoy their food L0L, holding the fork with a fist and playing "stab that meat and make sure it is dead."
  12. Congrats ma dear! You've made it to the "WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE" list.
  13. Modesty: There are those that have a weak spot when it comes to minority tribes. Don't give up sister. Goodluck.
  14. I would not recommend showering barefoot in hotels. Always have a dacas handy. And do your very best to not touch the tiles.
  15. ^LOL, explains all the "ma kuugu soo daraa?" I hear . There's always someone ready to dump the whole digsi into my plate, thinking I'm still hungry. It's worse when you're a female, the look you get! They expect inaa af-yar tahay or something.

From the article: "If a relationship is based on authoritarian control, keeping one person on top and the other underneath, it gets old pretty fast - for both partners" ^ Amen! . Originally posted by NGONGE: When all is said and done there exists NO married woman in this world that is NOT a raaliyo! Are we splitting hairs here and trying to work out what levels are accepted and what not? Qaxqaxqax, not true! No more "yes, dear" type. It's all about having a little feistiness! L0L. Sometimes Faaraxs need controversy for stimulation of the mind. And when we do what we do, it's because we choose to, not because we have to. On a side note: I heard India is the "in thing" ayaamahan. The dotheads waa Raaliyooyin baa loogu sheekeeyay! L0L. PS: Layzie: Weligaa inta ii timaadid nin baa i abuse-gareeyee ha igu dhihin, haddii kale waxaa sameenaayo waa ogtahay maahoo? Jiirada ugu horeeso lee istaagaa aan dhahaa: Dameer waaaye. .

  18. So, waxanu waa iska caadi?? "take it or leave it" waa inaan ku iraa marka! Thanks guys. I am too old to attempt to accomodate dadkan pet peeves-kooda anyways. There ain't a drop of suugo, suqaar sauce, or bean juice, on my plate that hasn't met it's fate from a piece of rooti, or canjeero [yes Cara, the plate squeaks like an unused door ]. Suuraha Soomalida anigu ma aqaan, haddaan baah-nahay waa cunaa, hadii rabo waa iska furaa suunka [waves to Lilly] . Markaan yaraa mom wouldn't allow no wastin'..I think fidnadaba meeshasay ka bilaabatay. LOL.
  19. NN: sheesh I should have saved starting this thread for tomorrow because this topic is making me hungry when it's really time to call it a night! Anyway, on that note buona notte a tutti.
  20. ^ Obviously! Atleast I'm not licking it clean.
  21. ^ . Indhihi baaba ka soo daadan rabaan. Duf ku baxa idim Alla.
  22. OK! I know this may seem like a silly question, but here goes: Is cleaning my plate with my last piece of bread "disgusting"? Some people I know have an issue with my eating habits [hard to believe, I know ] They claim that when I clean my plate with my bread, it turns their stomach! So I'm here to sample the SOL population and get some statistical data. L0L. Is it something I should be self-conscious about? Keep it in check? Seriously, what the 'ell is the bread there for if not to clean off the remnants of sauce from a kick @ss suqaar? Some people are frekkin uptight!
