    What does Villa Somalia have to do with anything? It's a simple symbolic gesture that the president and his PM are here to stay in Mogadishu,Somalia the capital city.

     

    There is no 100% conformity in any nation. Americans didn't 100% support deployment to IRAQ.

     

    These people are obviously confused thinking that they are gonna have to fork over the money for such a mission. So how realiable is their "geopolitical understanding"? smile.gif

    Ugandan is not going to fund anything. Some hear are mistaken. They are just providing the resources (man power) and expertise (training soldiers). Plus the fact that Uganda is willing is a symbolic gesture to other more well endowed african nations to get involved.

     

    Museveni also needs his troops paid and why not get the international community to pay and look like a GENEROUS AFRICAN LEADER AT THE SAME TIME? LOOOL

    Leave Khalaf alone. His president and your president is in Villa Somalia discussing with Clan elders, His Mps, and Prime Minister.

     

    Some here are afraid that a) Somaliland is going to come back in the fold b) Never Wanted a gov't with C/Y because of his clan c) Don't want Somalia in a peaceful state for their cousins because of all the taxes they are evading.

    People of puntland voted for ther leaders. So I guess thats democracy.

     

    They are still a STATE within a NATION. What apart of that don’t you understand. There can’t only be one state in Somalia, there must be more than one so they could equalize the field.

    What part of that don't you understand? I was arguing for that all along. Puntland is a state in a Federal Somalia. Not looking for Seccesion like our brothers in Somaliland.

     

    I didn’t ask for the Somali phrase for president. The political system you cited was written in English not in Somali and the term ‘President was used to describe Cadde Muuse, not Somali term Madaxweynaha. So don’t try to twist things around, you are doing a poor job at it.

    There is a consitution in Somali too. Look it up. Lost in translation? perhaps. But is your objection to puntland for THE TERM PRESIDENT?

     

    I believe they no longer call the head of British Columbia Prime Minister. Do they? The word Premier is used instead. Tell the old man to change it and inform himself about how Western Democracy and State functions. It is you who is trying to compare a province in Canada with a nonexisting State in Somalia. Do you know that a province is a region which is occupied by one of the constituent governmental district of a nation? Again catch up and educated yourself sxb. Besides try to differentiate Canada from Somalia who doesn’t have a central government which certainly can’t have any states within its boundaries. Maybe then you will understand where I am coming from. Your argument to verify Puntland as a state is ludicrous.

Puntland leaders like Britsh Columbia (mind you BC was apart of Canada for half a millenia before they changed) and the People of puntland can refer to there man as President if they want. Its their functionality within a federal Union from Raas Caseeyr to Raas Kambooni. BC WAS A PRIME MINSTERSHIP. They Choose to change it. If puntland chooses it is up too the state.

    went along with what the political organization of Puntland has stated , which was that Cadde Muuse was the “President” of Puntland, not the governor of the state, but rather the President.

    They call him the Madaxweynaha. Which translates as 'THE BIG HEAD'. He is numero uno in Puntland. Is there anything to argue?

     

    shall remind you again that a State within a nation doesn’t have a president. He is the federal leader in his region that is why he has the title “President”. Besides if a nation has no functioning government there could hardly be any functioning ‘State’ in that nation

    Calling him the president of his region is like calling the former British Columbia head, PRIME MINISTER. You are not making sense dear sister/brother.

    In an interview with BBC's news hour programme on Friday night, a leader of the ******* clan living in the city, Mr Mohamed Uluso, said Yussuf had to do some house cleaning before he gets the goodwill of the people.

    Does anybody besides me see the irony in that?
