  1. -, i have never understood xaamar accents but what you wrote i believe went something along the lines of ' give him a break, he [marc] has had too much baby milk'. thats pathetic! go and learn formal and standard somali!, not the type they speak in the lower jubba areas! Marc
  2. Do you have nothing to do but repeat yourself. You have already expressed that sentiment and to be honest I am not interested in repeating myself again! Why not maximise your time by reading this report about Somalis in Ottawa, your hometown! In case you didn’t know! http://www.hiiraan.com/news2/2008/jan/xaaladda_dhaqaale_ee_soomaalida_ottawa.aspx
  3. Pathetic! Your feeble attempts of trying to ridicule me have not been heeded!
  4. you nationalist somali nigger! dont call me a nigger, just because you have been niggerised by your fellow american. somalia politics aside, its rude, unjust and very backward to call someone a nigger!. here in england we live in a multicultural society and we respect all people irrespective of their skin colour. marc
  5. two fools with foolish arguments! Somaliland exists!, down with Puntland! and greater somalia! I would love for somalia to be united, but thats unrealistic and a fools dream. There are now just too many difference to be one nation. marc
  6. what a lously point it was too, seriously you need to stop your 'hit and runs' on somaliland! Somaliland is a sovereign nation and will defend its terroritality integrity at whatever cost. A few fools on a street parade wont affect our self-determination! Marc
  7. its called word-play dude!, i was being saracastic to make you feel silly, but then again you probably know that already! look i am not one to apologies but calm down and take it easy! Marc

Why dont you go and defend democracy and invade Madagascar or one of those oppressive regimes! there is no point arguing with you!, because your uncivil, ignorant and a somali-american! - nothing personal! MARC
  9. being from boston, i would of thought you would be a bit more irish! You eejit Marc
  10. I maybe a racist, xenophobic, a pro-democratic capitalist and occasionally tribalist but calling me a farah is the ultimate insult. How very dare you Ghanima! This will come back to haunt you dearly! Marc
  11. Don’t quote Latin on me, it’s not fair, it’s unnecessary and unwarranted! civil society holds no tangible power! I have to get back to work, so bring yourself and your latin notes tonight at my place! so that we could discuss it more depth! no pun intended! MARC
  12. whats hip and trendy about 'mali' its an improvished third world sub-saharan africa. I was born in Djenne, Mali. We then moved to saylac, somaliland, then Paris and finally London.
  13. those simple minded 'somalians' who demostrated last week, lacked the simple notion of democracy. if they understood what true democracy stood for they would respect somaliland and its seccessist agenda. Also most of the words on the poorly presented A4 size paper plackards has racist overtones. I truly wonder if those men and women holding the plackard understood what was written on them. these innocent people were manipulated by people with a deep hatred of somaliland and its achievements.
  14. my name is actually marcas not marcus, it an ancient mali name!. I understand you somalians have a tendency to be racist so please show some respect for other nationalities. How could you not have youtube in this day and age. Even the presidential candidates for the malian elections are using it. Marc
  15. No Rageh Omar! this is totally unacceptable! Marc
  16. u-doggy-dog, your feeble attempt to amass public opinion against me will not work! MARC
  17. assumptions are very dangerous u-doggy-dog! but I think your right for once! you don't understand how important these problems are (!) if you didnt detect a slight hint of sarcasm in that sentence, it confirms my assumptions that you are mentally retarded! MARC
  18. Originally posted by -: ^How about you do little less talking and actually do something about problems you have outlined. We are all aware of the problems, come up with tangible instead of repeating what already been said and done. P.S. And stop alienating the very people you wanna change. This is ridiculous, just as I have explained to U-doggy-dog, u need to realise how important these topics are, also these topics evolve on a daily basis. Its one thing to discuss them but another to present solutions for a age old problems. MARC
  19. U-doggy dog, I think you’re very excessive in your responses and in serious need of mental treatment LOL! The 'claims' I discuss on my videos are topical and affect the Somali community on a daily basis. It’s not something we can hide from. Tribalism has destroyed our country and has also affected the views of those in the west. It’s endemic and cannot brushed aside. Like most normal people, it affects our daily thoughts and judgements, but you live in a social utopia where it doesn’t exist. As for Somali youth 'running a mock', this has in the last two years dramatically increased and it’s not something we can ignore as a community. Only now the stakes are higher as more young people die needlessly. Again it’s not something we can afford to ignore and pretend never happens. As for the Somaliland quagmire, its the grey elephant of somali politics and one that cannot be ignored. As mentioned previously, Somaliland is closer than ever to achieving its aims, this is therefore a dynamic topic and one thats forever evolving. All these 'claims' you have accused me of posting are topical matters that cannot be ignored. Please before you start throwing unnecessary insults, think rationally! MARC
  20. Although, as NGONGE has eloquently mentioned, Somaliland recognition plans are back on track and gaining momentum, one of the reasons that has hindered Somaliland being recognised is the non-existence of a well organised and co-ordinated lobby group. Somaliland Public Affairs Committee (SPAC) hopes to fill this void and attempts to increase communication between the Somaliland government and those somalilanders in the Diaspora. SPAC is an advocacy organisation working hard for the recognition of Somaliland. Its aims are to primarily develop links between the Somaliland Government and those in the Diaspora. In addition to this, SPAC aims to engage and lobby those who wield power in the British Government. Objectives of SPAC: 1. The recognition of Somaliland 2. To assist Somaliland's political development 3. To establish and maintain links with Somalilanders in the Diaspora 4. To engage with and lobby the British Government 5. Policy formulating Think Tank We have an event on the 30th of January at SOAS University from 6pm. Be sure to attend! MARC
  21. i completely agree with LZG, U-dogg is getting out of hands and should be dealt with accordingly. I suggest we unite against his arrogance and bombard him with constant condemnation. He must be punished by the strong arm of SOL law. I recommend that he be banned, but that might seem a bit too extreme, since I don’t know about his previous history before my advent. MARC
  22. Keyf, they can fart all they like, it wont deter me from expressing my opinions in this forum. As for me being an attention-seeker, i complete refute this since i am attempting to rearch wider audiences by informing them of the state of affairs in somalia. This has seen me go where no somali broadcaster has ventured before. if you dont like it, dont put up with it. Underdog, i dont like your attitude, you disgust me with your arrogance. MARC
