^^ Heh. Sounds like you've been visited by The Big Kahuna himself. All the way from Sweden (ja?) All because the lady loves Cadbury's Milk Tray!
-
^^ I think I've done one of them when I was 18.

This is what Aljazeera is doing. They are crying that Arabs were betrayed, but click on the link and you will see them praising Lawrence of Arabia....a man who along knew that Arabs would be colonised by Europeans but encouraged them fight Ottomans and never told of them of the secret plans! b.t.w, i didn't get your question! Heh. Heh. Heh.

^^ Google 'Twin Peaks'

^^ She's the dead one.

^^ Heh. That's what you get when you hang around with Val for too long...
-
Next time you go, ask about the origin of the name.
-
When I saw the title, I thought this was about Laura Palmer. Heh. (I appreciate that most of you will not understand what I'm talking about, you darn teenagers).
-
A Somali coffee shop in Abu Dhabi. The name explains it all.
-
Heh. Is their embassy based in a maqaaxi? ps Any idea if the famous 'odayo xun' still open?

Skipper, All you say is true. It was true too in 2006 but they still lost (twice). Egypt is not expecting to win (as is usual with them) but I think they will. They are a more organised team and are solid defensively. Besides, talented teams hardly ever win tournaments purely on talent. There are lots of other variables that are needed to win the cup. The Ivory Coast are not better than the Argentinean team in the 2006 world cup or the Brazilians of 82 or the Dutch of (oh how many world cups shall I recount?). I'll stick with the mighty Pharaohs. Tonight is the night.

Heh@Stoic. Priceless! Dahia, you should stop watching rubbish news. Though I have to admit that I watched it too and wondered if the corpse was still warm when it was being abused. Heh. Ibti, You don't have to warn Northerner about my arrival. Fish & Chips brothers in Dubai are starved for company. Have you been to Dubai? Have you seen all those Somali guys standing outside the airport? NO! They're not Taxi drivers.
-
^^ Dubai of course. You can come along if you like. We do need a babysitter.
-
^^ ..he's got good legs though.

All this reminds me of a reply I made a while back. Originally posted by NGONGE: Incidentally, this reminds me of another observation I made about Somali women's hair. When they wash it, some of the most powerful knots known to man start forming. Oh, The agony of combing that hair has to be seen to be believed! That QAC QAC sound is usually heard from miles away and as you get closer to the sound whilst assuming it's some old biddy with a dodgy hip doing some aerobics, you frightfully discover that it is not! It's only cynical, Val, Lazy or Serenity combing their own hair. Every Somali house has its fair share of toothless combs. Did you say she had long hair?

Going on holiday in April. Need to keep the weight down so that I look well buff when my holiday photos are taken at the beach, man. ps Nothing wrong with me, saaxib. It's just the stink one gets when talking to Ibtisam.

^^ Reer baadiyah is reer baadiyah, woman. Don't turn Somali on me and try to paint them as something they are not. In my world, they'll be lost. In their world, I'll learn.
-
^^ Didn't I tell you you're reer baadiyah? Only a woman that was looking to see if he's looking and noticed he's looking when he was looking would interpret a glance in the way you just did.
-
Is it AT ALL possible that he had no prior plans and left because he was angry? He may yet return you know. If that woman thinks the way any of you girls do I too would walk out on her.
-
None of the above. I walked past like I would do with any bus driver. Only when I was getting off did I steal another glance to make sure. I don't think she noticed. I'm not reer baadiyah like you, woman. I is civilised blud.
-
^^ Loads? Are you sure about that? (Anyway, it was in reply to your mention of a bus in one of your previous replies).
-
^^ Hah! Little do you know. I slept like a baby last night. Like a baby I tell ya. Apropos, I saw a Somali bus driver today. A female one.
-
^^ Oi! Stop the long replies. This is the trolls corner and we only accept short replies here. If you want a long post, start your own thread. Pfffftttt!
