  1. The sending of spoilt Wenger's plans. It was obvious he was trying to do what he did in the first game (defend in the first half and go on the attack in the second). His subs (other than the one he was forced to make) were positive and followed the plan but his players are not (and never were) in the class of a Barca when attacking or a Murinho's Milan when defending. They got outplayed and bullied into submission. Still, they kept the match interesting right to the last minute. p.s. Bob, Diaby is rubbish and has always been rubbish but Rosicky played well (under the circumstances) and held off Adriano for large parts of the game (Sagna had Villa to cope with). p.p.s At half time, the presenter asked Rafa (who was a pundit for once) if Barca are going to get tired from all the pressing they were doing or could they keep it for 90 minutes; Rafa, in his usual matter-of-fact way replied "they are playing half pitch, they are not going to get tired".
  2. ^^ Good game last night. Crazy Chelsea almost got done by Blackpool until Kalu came on. Now you're nine points behind with a game in hand. Bob, I don't care what United win saaxib. All I care about is that Liverpool win all their games. If United get number ninteen it will be disgusting but I believe we will match them next season anyway. King Kenny is BACK! p.s. Norf, I saw him looking in pain but didn't pay too much attention to such pointless details as tears in the eyes. Wax fahan.
  3. Did Nani actually cry? Bob, you're still too hard on Arsenal. Don't just sing when you're winning warya!

Caqli wakaas, and you still wanna talk about what is fiicno for me and Somalina, uuuf Oh you dream shattering cow! I thought I was the only special person he sent a PM to asking for that video. This boy's days are numbered I tell ya.
  5. ^^ War maxa xishood meeshan keenay dee? Ma dood ba laga xishooda? Bloody kangaroo.
  6. I bet that many people are relieved that my thread has been ruined. Grrrr!

It could attract alls somalis in Hargaysa and Burco since they stabilished are peaceful towns though Oday Silanyo screwed this up big time with his ill revenge dream after his invation to Kalshale. Stay with your Somalis ya NG and be part of the solution for entire Somalis... If the useless politicians of the south or Al Shabab sort themselves out, I probably would have been tempted to at least look at what's on offer. But that's not the case and unlikley to be one for the next three years at least.

Facts, as I am sure you already know (and have even employed them in your reply above) always get in the way of real politics. I've already told you what the SSC would gain from being part of SL. But, you being a lover of facts, have not told me how you reached your following statement: "I think one thing has been established n that's your sincere belief SSC as people are bound to fail!" Dee iga daa, saaxib.
  10. ^^ Heh. You beat me to it. I was going to ask Cawaale how things are there. But I'm tempted, I'm really tempted.
  11. ^^ I blame you again, Juxa. You stopped me from making fun of all these silly kids. It's all your fault.

  13. Tuujiye, Liverpool are not Arsenal, saaxib. We usually win our big games and, after the Hodgson rubbish I reckon we're due a good win against United. If we beat them on Sunday and Chelsea win you will be nine points behind (with a game in hand). I don't think this season is over yet. War even Man City can win it (though I fully doubt it). There are some good games to look forward two in the next two months. Heh.
  14. Essian, Ramirez, Luiz and Cole had some great games. But Chelsea are still too slow when passing the ball forward at times. Still, Chelsea can make it (they only have City & United of the big teams to play). United have to play Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs (not to mention West Ham and Fulham who usually give them a hard time). Arsenal could play Wigan every week and they'll surprise you by losing half of those games. Heh.
  15. ^^ What about the guy on his left? Is he only "thinking" aobut running away from his African heritage?
  16. Malika;698666 wrote: ^Your making the assumption that PL and SL have been funding SSC areas the last two decades - as if their life line is these entitites. These entities started from scratch and so will SSC - Anyways for the time being it is just determining its right to exist as a separate state - Nothing else. It will be foolish to say it will exists without having to interact at some level with its neighbours - after all waxaa laa guu jira globalisation era - jokes aside, socio-economical interaction will be inevetable at some point, but meanwhile the quest is to secure its rights to choose and decide where its future is. Do you really not see the difference here? I'm not making any assumptions about funding as such, I'm making assumptions about economic reliance. When you get past the slogans, the anger and the right for self determination, the fact that the small print will also need to be read will hit you like ton of bricks. SSC's fight is unique for they are fighting two unrecognised entities who both claim authority over their areas. Starting from scratch when you don't have a proper plan of action is just not an option here. Of course, the only way it is likely to happen is if the SSC leadership approach the Imam with their ideas and try to hoodwink him (through praise or otherwise) into helping them construct a Mamul Gobolyeed in SSC that can act as another proof of the brilliance of his federal leanings (couple that with the bloody nose such an idea would give SL and you may just sway the Imam). But, either way, SSC has to have a plan, or else, the SSC will be nothing more than a firework that makes brilliant noise and lights up the sky for a short period of time before it fizzles out and dies. Wax fahan ya Malika.
  17. ^^ War bahasha cid kale ba kama hadlayso aniga moyaan (hada adaa yara iska la bixiyaay) marka maxaan barta oo ii hadhay? If PL & SL leave SSC alone only god knows what will happen next (dee waa waxan ka hadlayay). If it becomes a Mamul Gobolyeed it will have to create some sort of income out of somewhere to pay their police, civil servants, etc. They'll probably get that from taxes but if these taxes are not as competitive as those of SL & PL then what would stop people (once the dust settles) from choosing to class themselves as part of those entities once more?
  18. "You see, we have this bridge that we've been struggling to finish for years. We brought in the Chinese, we brought in the Germans and we even had a group from UAE here the other day but nobody had managed to finish that bridge. My foriegn minister tells me that you have lots of bridges and big buildings in Maleysia...".
  19. SNM had it easy when compared to the position SSC finds itself in. Whilst the SNM was fighting one government, the SSC have to fight everybody. If they don't have a future plan, they'll only risk ending up like the Islamic Courts. Wax fahan.
  20. ^^ That's no argument, Ibti. Even if it were my actual goats or kids that were subject to curfews or whatever it is you're talking about there, I would still expect others to think of the future. Being in a bad situation is no excuse for not planning for the future. Don't get caught up in the emotion of it all dee.
  21. ^^ The army thing is happening today and what happens today (unless it's some crazy mass murder) is not my worry dee. I am looking to the future and inviting you and others to do the same too. By the way, what takes place back home no matter how complicated or fluid it still follows some sort of logic. There are reasons for it and these reasons could either be removed or circumvented. However, just because emotions might be running high (on either side) does not mean that calm discussions shouldn't take place.

Ngonge and Co need to work out a better way of getting people off the fence instead of trying to push them off and if they refuse shooting at them or over their heads. Ngonge of all people should understand this sentiment as he use to sit on the fence for so long . Dadka ha igu dirin dee. The only force I'm using here is that of my words. When faced with such a situation, one has to ask questions and wander as to the best way of dealing with things. Since I am in support of the SL project I have to try and sell it to others. So, sit back and watch me make Malika squirm as I insist that she weigh up and question the viability of the SSC project. You never know, I may just be the nudge she (and Val) needed to join the struggle and finally write up the blueprint for a better future. On the other hand, my drip, drip, drips of logic may eventually convince them all and get them to sing the SL national anthem (which you'll be happy to find that I don't actually know).
