    There are a lot of Somalis that should be on medications for mental abnormanilties. This guy is not jaajuus he is just sick, and should look for a SHRINK. Why do you talk to crazy people?

    There is no Heavy metal music any more. That was in the 80s. Now there is hip-hop rock-- groups like Rage AMachine, Linking P. Death Metal-- Heavy bass, drums and screeming some sick stuff that only sick people listen to. You can't understand what they are saying so I guess listening to them makes it Halal. Finally there is Hardcore which only youngesters (19-20) listen to.

     

    If you are into dark music check out classics like the Doors, Nirvana....and Tool.That stuff will calm your $#@ down.

    Congrats to Kaynaan and any Somali that is good at whatever they choose to do. The guy is talented, and is a good model for our youth. MTV didn't discover him, Ayan Hirsi is not his mom, so stop discrediting the guy. Show love even if you don't listen to his music -- That is Somalinimo.

    If you are going out of your way to find "madhibaan ONLY" how is that different from what some somalis do? A more noble thing to do is to marry someone without any knowledge of their tribal affiliation.

    Just 'cause someone goes to a club doesn't mean that he/she will do bad things in there. I think some clubs are better than most Somali parties. In clubs you are not going to see a 60 in "dirac" or a 50 year old taxi driver trying to hook -up with a 22 year old.

     

    If your belive in Allah alone doesn't stop you from doing bad things, then by all means enjoy your life to the max and don't worry about what people...F-em. They are not paying for your food, cloth and clubing money. :D

    According to the discipline of dressing,Men are supposed to have their trousers above their ankle whereas women have their ankles covered. It is frown upon a man having his garments trailing or touching the floor but its advisable for a womans dress to touch the floor.

    Why is that? Is it a cultural thing or fron Deen?

    Any proof from Quran or sunnah on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
