  1. Islam-today Of course this isn't from our deen. It's just a much of looney Somali's practice today and for the past years. But then again, what can we do? "If you can't beat them, join them".
  2. Edit; Those morons who currently rule our government and others who are part of the parliament house have received their
  3. Islam-today and the rest I am well aware of the rulings regarding plucking of the eyebrows. I do not need to be remainded. However thanks. Having said that I am not one who pluckes her eyebrows.
  4. Dear Diary The Australian government want to put a stop to "Unions" in Universities. Lectures are been blamed for the Anti-Americanism among University students. The government has no right to strip Unions. Why should they take away our Unions when they don't fund for us? Those morons who currently rule are government and others who are part of the parliament house have received their education for free and now expect us to more for thousands of dollars. Neo-liberalism is becoming a common thing within Australia. Australia and Islam Australia is suffering from Islamophobia. Every muslim is a "terrorist". Do they think I am a terrorist also? Do they think I am going to bomb the cafeteria or perhaps the lecture hall? These Australian's need to learn more about Islam before they generalise. Because they can well find out that "Islam is the solution and not the problem".
  5. I believe black people have an obession with their skin colours, a bit more then white people. I hardly believe white people are willing to go all the way. In other words, change their skin colour to black permanently. Nowadays society expects people to look good every day of the week. Magazines and advertisements have influenced people dramatically. Women are told to reveal their skins more and to wear make-up whereas the men are told to show and have more muscles in order for women to find them attractive. Muslims women obviously cannot show their hair but they find other ways to make themselves look good. For example; bleach the skin (the black muslims), wear make up (especially around the eyes and lips) and wear colourful clothing, etc.
  6. And it also comes down to these girls not wanting others to discriminate against them by been called "Blackie", etc.
  7. Caano What are you trying to say exactly? Changing your skin is a bad disease?

Every mother dreams for her son to marry a light skinned girl who is educated along with many other qualities.
  9. So the lot of you are telling me Somali people are proud of their skin colour? If they are then why do some feel the need to change their skin colour? And where do the minjority consider dark skinned to be a unattractive?
  10. The funniest thing I heard today was how a Phd student who attends Monash Univeristy was intending to write a piece on "Terrorism". He borrowed so many books on terrorism etc. And the Libaraian reported him to ASIO, believing he was participating in terrorism activites. What can I say? Australia has a phobia of terrorism.
  11. The funnys of the day is finding out that Adolf Hitler wanted to place all Jews in Madagcasar. And also him wanting to invade Britain.

Hibo, Hibo, Hibo Your topics are very interesting to read. You are keeping me entertained as I get ready to go to my lecture. Keep your topics coming. For I am the only one that enjoys them. Hibo: - Lonely (Loner) - Sweet - Desperate (That's why we love you) - Wants someone to love her (Isn't loving yourself enough?) - Always having "boy problems"
  13. Dear Diary I have been thinking long and hard, I no longer want to become a Moderator- too much duties. It would be too demanding. Your life would be nothing but internet. Isn't it already? What I need to a break from Somaliaonline. Good-bye everyone for a few weeks or months. Once I come back I will write a apology (as it was part of my new year's resolution. Goonle if you have any comments to make then save it mate for I will not be replying. Good-day, Good afternoon, Good-night and Good-day to members from Somaliaoline. I will indeed miss this place. Somaliaonline has become part of me and has also been my personal diary. Through highs and lows Somaliaonline was the place and still is the place where I shared all my experiences with. I have done my share on this part for this topic. 17 pages, a job well done. Hopefully you all we continue it without me. Peace and blessing be upon you all.
  14. My brothers and sisters in Islam, I am not asking about the eyebrows. So I don't want to hear another word about eyebrows.
  15. Dear Diary I need to go and see my family doctor. My leg hurts and is shallowing. Why has my appetite changed? Has the love bug caught me? Is it normal to eat twice a day?
  16. Dear Diary Why are the members from SomaliNet full of hate? Why are they unable to let go of tribes? Why are some lacking faith? Is there any chance they can be helped? Or are they waiting to be killed?

  21. Hibo sister The drama is what makes this websites rates up! Silent readers love reading about "Who is verbalising who?" and "Who is on who's side?". After all that is what makes them addicted to this site.
  22. Brother Farah I read that book a long time ago. How can you expect me to remember that exact name of it? Perhaps your memory is far better then mine. And the comment about Arabs been hairy, wasn't a silly comment. It's the truth and as far as I am concerned they don't seem to mind. As I can recall from my schooling years, Arabs use to make jokes about how hairy they were and I remember laughing along to it.
