Not from pundland state but I will give you some ideas From designer point of view. 1.when choosing colour you have to think about if that well look good On people cuz people like to wear their flag. In this case the chosen colour should look good on black/brown People. Personally I don’t think the colour black, white brown look Good on black/brown person. 2a flag should be simple aka not have more then 3 colour 3.Should not resemble the national flag. It does not have to have meaning behead it. This a flag that I designed which have all the basic condition of a design in this case a flag. Lett me know what you think about it.
