It's simple. It's called PGSS - Prolonged Gulf Stay Syndrome. One of the symptoms is the conviction that ladies should mind hearth and home and not fill their pretty(hopefully) little heads with anything else Loool @Thepoint. HAHAHA Do you think so? Yeah that might explain things. Paragon! Loool. I hate that clip so much, seriously I don't even think it is funny.

^^^I cannot believe how fast it has gone Lazy: Just the kind of retarded bulshid response I expected from you dear. You would think since 2002 you would grow up a little, but I guess that is expecting too much. Find someone else to annoy baan kuu irid and nacad naaga jooji. I have no patience with you. Zenobia: Waax maa eela aagratee, I think your back to basic advise for these people is a good idea. P.s. Lool @ pound store, you Londoner! Sorry everyone for hijacking the Ramadan thread. Here is some useful reading to make up for making you read utter rubbish above. The last ten days of Ramadan Though all parts of Ramadan are full of blessings and rewards, its last ten days hold a special status reflected in the recommendations and practices of the Messenger of Allah, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, and his companions. 1-Praying in the last ten nights of Ramadan Al-Bukhari and Muslim record from 'Aishah that during the last ten days of Ramadan, the Messenger of Allah would wake his wives up during the night and then remain apart from them (that is, being busy in acts of worship). A narration in Muslim states: "He would strive [to do acts of worship] during the last ten days of Ramadan more than he would at any other time." Aisha reported that With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Prophet used to tighten his waist belt (i.e. work hard) and used to pray all the night, and used to keep his family awake for the prayers. [bukhari] 2-Performing I`tikaf in the Masjid (seclusion in the Mosque) 3-Seeking Laylatul-Qadr (the Night of Decree) The Muslim should seek out Lailatui-Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten: the night of the twenty-first, the twenty-third, the twenty-fifth, the twenty-seventh and the twenty-ninth. If he is too weak or unable to seek it out in all the odd nights, then let him seek it out in the odd nights of the of seven: the night of the twenty-fifth, the twenty-seventh and the twenty-ninth And Allah knows best. Allaah's Messenger , salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, described the morning after Lailatul-Qadr, so that the Muslim may know which day it is. From Ubayy, radhiya Allahu 'anhu, who said: that he, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, said: "On the morning following Lailatui-Qadr the sun rises not having any rays, as if it were a brass dish, until it rises up."[Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmithi and Ibn Majah] Abu Hurairah, radhiya Allahu 'anhu, said : "We were discussing Lailatul-Qadr in the presence of Allah's Messenger so he said : 'Which of you remembers [the night] when the moon arose and was like half a plate?... [Muslim] Ibn 'Abbaas, radhiya Allahu 'anhuma, said: Allaah's Messenger, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, said: "Lailatul-Qadr is calm and pleasant, neither hot nor cold, the sun arises on its morning being feeble and red." [at-Tayaalisee, Ibn Khuzaimah and al-Bazzaar with a Hasan Isnad] Make sure you say: "O Allaah You are The One Who pardons greatly, and loves to pardon, so pardon me.". [at-Tirmithi and Ibn Majah with a Sahih Isnad] Pray to Allah All Mighty Most Merciful to bless us this Ramadan by witnessing Laylatul-Qadr

Originally posted by Northerner: ^^Your just looking forward to sleeping in  North why are you being so negative dear. From the moment I started this thread you have dismissed my course (implying it is easy enough for a lay man to do it, providing I pay you , bullied me, character assissentated my student potential by assuming I'm going to skipping lessons, and NOW you are undermining my reasons for going back to education. What gives baal. Khalaf thanks.

^^^Lool^ You are making no sense. Resist or Welcome it, It is going to get you. I think the older you get, the longer you want to live.
-
^^^Lool^ There are few things in life that you can be absolutely sure of with certainty. One of them is death. Now with vast amount of information we have been given, most of us are pretty comfortable with death. I personally don't mind death as such. In fact I always think the earlier you die the better, mainly because you would have less time to accumulate sins, but then the longer you live the longer you have to repent nooh? Oh never mind.
-
Did you go to the doc? have a scan old man, you might discover it is not your old age, but some damage you've had all these years. Oh and there is no such thing as close call. You will die when you are suppose to die. Regardless of your plans. I think we should welcome death.

^^^loool^^ Thanks. Oh dear me, yes of course, the horror of having to read it twice baad iga safe gaariesa, as I already posted on the other thread for her to see. Which in essence means that I'd be toast by 2morrow with italic black eyes Lool HAha
-
And now it has decided to post two threads of the same thing.
-
^^^Loool You know I posted that on the other thread hrs ago, I don't really know how it got on this thread! Strange things have happened. P.s. I guess aniga eeriyaan now
-
^^^LOOl @ 14 haba sheegin, you're beyond repair! Loool HAHA. That is so true. But in saying that, when sale time comes all I can find are size 16+ I always wonder where the sale for the smaller size are. Speaking of size I saw on the metro today that that X factor flop Chico is releasing a song about how good curvy women are I don't know how he got involved in the size zero debate! I hate trying clothes on in fitting rooms, but I can normally tell by looking at the item if I can fit in or if it will swallow me. For the perfect fit you would have to try it on. I heard they are looking at standardizing sizes etc. Hopeful with some results.

In a Land of Homemade Names, Tiffany Doesn’t Cut It

looool HAHa this is well funny. I guess it makes better sense than naming them after cities and fruits. I have a friend named Jupiter, oddly he is not even African. He is from Finland  Thanks CG that made me laugh. -
^^You can say that again. I don't need this kind of nacnac following me around the threads. Issh Skipper: Ghanima i dont know how old you are but i am convinced that if you were 20 something then you would have known whether the fella was somali or not, without him talking to you in the first place. Or has the world gone too deep into globalization that we dont seem to regocnize a farax and a xalimo from say a british or cuban? By the way did he spoke to you in english? And was his english so fleunt that you doubted whether he was a somali or not? I went in a somali chat room the other day and i got taken aback by something a somali girl said. She was chatting to this farax and he said something that made her angry and her response took me by a suprise, She said "Jesus christ" She was the most stupidest i ever encountered, she had the marks of unintelligent person stamped all over her. Finally the somai parents are paying the price of not raising their kids ina muslim enviroment. Kahab habiyaaaaa.I rest my case I love your selective reading, I said he looked East African, What on earth has that got to do with British or Cuban??? And yes we spoke in mainly English and a bit of Arabic, which kind of made me think he was Eretrian or Somalia. What is the big deal anyway, and what has it got to do with my age? Admit it you just want argue for the sake of it And what has the chat room conversation and your judgmental impressionist of a female username got to do with this?. And further more I was raised perfectly well, thank you very much in a non Muslim environment. How strange you based all those ridiculous assumptions on me doubting the identity of a stranger. Yet you have the audacity to label other people as unintelligent, ****** and ignorant. By the way what did you do in this situation other than sit there and continue with your chat, did you attack her and tell her she is ignorant, unintelligent and ******, or did you speak to her nicely and tell her why YOU thought she is at fault, or are you just spitting dust days later.? Finally you can express yourself all over the place and go off on a rant, but not at my expense. Idig baan kuu inayho.

^^^Maxaad kuu qoosli?? Qoosl garir baan kuu oodan. People shaqaalaan baadan. LayzieG: Get a life and get off my radar, I have no interest in addressing you, get the picture darling. Ciyaal suuqnimad iska daa and stop hiding behind others, your comments are boring and pathetic. If you are trying to attract my attention or have something to say there are easy ways of doing it, without making a spectacle out of yourself. Seriously I'm sick of your bullshid, and from this point on I'm going to tell you where to get off. Skipper waan kuu soo nooqon

^^Better still get as many people to e-mail the editor, expressing the same concerns. Two complainants don't really rock the boat. If you run/ part of an organisation send it out from the organisations e-mail account. Inshallah I will do that later today. He would not be able to get away with this kind of ill researched piece of trash had it been about any other community. Hundreds of e-mails and calls would have flooded in, and although he would maintain the same view (as it stems from bitterness), he would at least try to hide it next time to avoid the hassle. P.s. Can you post/ PM you final draft to me, so I can shape mine along the same lines, as I have a tendency to go off on a rant.
-
^^^^A noble idea, better to start somewhere than no where and it has to be done eventually. Personally I would not mind doing a few hrs. Val: Inshallah I hope you do It is hard going back to being a poor student, and the longer you are away the harder it is. Thanks everyone

^^^They are Somali like everyone else, the have a hometown and everything and most identify themselves as Somali so who are we to say they are not. It is like the suujis are not Somali or the Somali Yemenis. P.s. Not all Baravanis are of the same origin. P.s.s. Congrats and well done to him. I agree there should be some sort of organization that looks out and supports gifted ppl in our community.

^^lool^ Ghanima walashis how logic is that? The fella offered you dates and you think he is somalian? The equation doesnt add up. I didnt realize before tonight that SOL had their own version of Jose Maurinho. I'm sorry I don't get what you are trying to say, maybe you can say it without the implied package? What is so illogically about another Muslim offering you dates (by the way this is Tamrah) to break your fast. Did you expect me to interview him after refusing his tamrah  I guess I could've said "no thanks.....waar maa somali baad taahee" and see if he answers Neph: No I did not, he gave up and got off the bus few stops before mine.

^^WHo? Serenity they lied, I saw his pic hehe
