The constitution has nothing to do with Somaliland therefore no one cares to support it or oppose it, Somalia you seriously losing it. every ten seconds you ask someone else why the oppose it. A constitution is a peice of paper. Somalia is under AU occupation, with alshabab and many enemies. The fundemental problems remain and have not been solved. The consitution is just another distraction. The root of the somali problem has to be solved before a consitution can even be thought or written about.
