  1. I know and people should take notes.
  2. ^Oodweyne, as usual adeer, new conpiracy theories ayaad falkinaysaa. And whatever the truth to your analysis, I can't say that I didn't like your readinf between the lines skill. How Xiinfaniin and HornAfrique ended up in a Kit Kat time comment demonstrates the prowess of your political curiosity. I think you just can't help see things as they appear on the screen. You somehow have to either romanticise it or villify it. Brilliant talent.
  3. ^Lol@waa facaa! Who remembers how kids were made to fight? The diradiraale would say: Muruq wuu qabaa Muruq waad qabtaa Madax wuu qabaa Madax waad qabtaa Ilka wuu qabaa Ilka waad qabtaa San wuu qabaa San waa qabtaa etc.... Iska dhici hee! and the fight kicks off. Or at times, they'll place a saliva-wet leave on the back end of your palm and dare one of you: 'car calanka Aabahaa kaa qaado' and you'll say 'car iga qaad calanka aabahay' to the other kid but if he throws it off your hand...you'll hear the rest shouting...'ALLAAAH! dhiigi aabahaa buu daadiyey!!!!!! war dil dil dil!' That's what nuune use to do
  4. LOL. Waryaa you have theories man!
  5. ^nuune, ha isku keen dirin. Aniga iyo Marx isku koox ayaan nahay outside politics-kee. Marx, Lol@evil interest! War ninyoow ma calanka Soomaaliya ayaa sidaa kuu dhibaya? PS; FYI I came with the calan into the event just to get on your nerves. Erm, thanks BTW.
  6. ^Leave nuune to his geel jire mentality of 'war ninka iska dhici awoowgaa la gubyee'
  7. ^There's nothing significant about the situation of this kid in the picture, CG. If I strip away all the variables (the mimicking pose, the miswak, the 'evil' look, the ammo, the fighters etc), what I see is a kid, as normal as it was for me in my early teens (during '88 to 89 war) to play with (empty AK)guns, Bazuka 7's in the borderlines. In behaviourism, it says: 'Children see, children do'. And if society changes and starts to value different images and situations, so will the child. They quickly change too and mold.
  8. Runtii laakiin, he gave it his best. A good try. There's always a next time, right? They said this was his 3rd time and most folks expected he would succeed, but whoever said the fourth term isn't as lucky? Well done to him.
  9. ^Don't be too Empericist now. There is not measure for optimism or hope, is there?
  10. History, sxb. I have been a student of history for such a long time and it instills in me a grain of hope that losing hope is a symptom of being close to the picture. A few steps back and comparison may give one a reasonable perspective to gauge the potenital for recooping or elimination of the Somalis. Not yet a million people.
  11. Siren, not bad at all. But how about this? http://www.youtube.c om/watch?v=Biv4KzWqC lA It even has the lyrics to go with it. But this oh this is a special one just for you [Riyadii Xalay baan rumaystoo] by Kaskey http://www.youtube.c om/watch?v=sRSK1d8or vM
  12. Ofcourse, I kneel to optimism to remain at my side knowing full when what I am capable of without it sxb. It makes me human.
  13. ^Lool. Waraa that's the least I could do, to show off how beautiful it was what come may. But it was a very nice event and no time for qoob ka cayaar of any sort. Meeshu mutacalimiin iyo waaliddiin ayaa joogey sxb... Shahaadooyinna waa la baxshey! Markaa calanka lee ka dhinnaa.
  14. Enough talk for the last few years. Ha la kala nasto please. Waaba la isku xiiqay sidii la isugu qeeylinayey. Kit kat time.
  15. ^Caano Geel I'd rather have a human invasion than an ocean invassion. It's a sour affair my friend.
  16. ^And you my dear, were graceful that day. And cute as ever if I may add.
  17. ^That's the beauty of a poem, my love. You, the reader, get the optimum control over the meaning-making processes that help you understand it. So now that I understand what you understand and how you have come to understand it, instead of misunderstanding each other over the poem, why don't we just come to an understanding that helps both of us tackle the 'thing' that we both understand to be the issue, albeit understanding the issue abit differently. What do you say? Let's drop the talk and pick up the real hot issue. Together? PS: Inconvenience? Oh no, no darling. It's all cool. Cheers to the greener side, eh? BOB, thanks kaka.
