  1. jano or jail. i suppose its one or the other. I thinks its jano, even if its only to complete half of your iman.
  2. touche dear. i had the understanding you were ok, i apologies i clumsly called you sister, its an endearing term... all this frustration cynical.. by the sounds of it, its seems like you need a hubby.
  3. Cynical Lady, Are you married huuno? sister to sister! You seem to know what you are talking about.
  4. Societal pressure and seeing all my friend getting married is making me wonder if I am behind schedule. What the right time for a woman to marry in this day and age. Our parents might have married in their early 20s but it doesnt suprise me when I see a new bride at the tender age of 30+. I am beginning to worry if I going to make the mark and get married before my biological watch malfunctions.
  5. I wonder why she only gave it away for only £8,000. eastern european are still cheap miya? I wonder if a somali woman will ever lower herself that low and who is willing to pay for it. then again the niika is all about that.
  6. I reckon uni experience is not about what job you'll be doing and how much money you will earn. its all about life experinces.
  7. I reckon if Ibtisam polled herself, she would have definately won. but I am surprised I was left out of the running. Haneffa hardly contributes to SOL. this whole poll is flawed. how comes Lazie, Northsky and LST, MMA were omitted.
  8. yesterday, I saw quite alot of Somalis breaking their iftar at the mosque, I was volunteering with the iftar preparation. mostly young men who resembled the tabliqi type. on another note, the Taraweeh prayer is very important in the last 10 days of ramadan. make full use of this brothers and sisters. its very important. especially on the night of power. saalam
  9. I felt bloated after todays iftar, my cousin work very hard to prepare a fantastic iftari. bless her. I was watching the calories though.

  11. lol@humble... i was talking about 1984 dee. too many OAPs here. Did you buy your macawiis yet? Abu Zeranda?
  12. Its not long now. Eid is around the corner. As you get older you realise Eid is not what it use to be. This year I am going to celebrate in style. With new clothes. No nostalgic trip down memory lane to 1984 as an 11 year child waiting for Eid with new clothes.
  13. twenty-fifteen! what a random thing to say Arac!
  14. its seems genuine! there are many men like that. i can think of half dozen like that in SOL alone.
  15. at least he is direct! nothing worse than someone who has issues, who keeps it inside then explodes when you least expect.

LOOOOOOOL. I am feeling really faint these days, all this is taking a big toll on me and my health. my stomach is screaming for a food and maybe even some of those weight loss tablets i was on before ramadan. there is no way of winning this war. you eat and you feel down. you dont eat and your not feeling well. lol.
  18. looooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooo ooool@WardereWardere . this guy is a perfect example of what happens when somalis move to the suburbs. he is funny tho.
  19. hope your eating well. ramadan can do serious things to your body. i am also struggling with eating little so keep those extra pounds at bay.
  20. looool@Caught a gang of duqsi rascals eating 15 min before Afur at the Mac. adam that's hilarious things seem to be cooling off these past few days. the ramadan sensentation has dwindled down and not many people are coming taraweeh.
  21. i have been advised the best way to shed those calories is to go for a walk after iftaar. it really helps and gives you a piece of mind.
  22. malika, its not so easy getting a hottie huuno, but i am looking around. ever since i went to yemen last year, i am not on religious men. i prefer a normal man these days. chubacka looool@Queen are you suddenly into arranged marriages because of this dashing young man? not really, thats one of many possibilities.
  23. i had tears in my eyes and almost cried watching this clip. this is so sad. denan project is a life saver.
