Axmed, if you want respect earn it and dont spoil posts with ur irrelevant/disrespectful comments. I also dont think most conference serve as dating agency lol (seriously like i see a handsome man in a crowded place or vice versa whats the person gonna do ? lol..like a guy sees me and goes oh my god I like her who is she and tries to find my dad? ...which guy has the guts iyo calool adeega iyo waqtiga to go and try to find a random farxiya in a conference ...I honestly dnt think it is a suitable place to find a spouse, most ppl i know met at uni/work..friend suggested or at worse their parents!..but if it does work for some people so be it. Not for us to judge. so lets stick to the topic of the thread anyways. salaam
-
^^I believe only straight ppl are allowed to attend the conference

true wiil dagaal kuma dhasho wuu ku dhinta. which is exactly y u shouldnt be supporting the somaliland militia in the SSC regions. After all by coming there they intiated it....runta in la isku sheego ba wanaagsan. It is not good to act like u dnt a war yet support the ones who are at fault here. Two facenimadu wa xaraan u know.. salaam

xaji hadad happy ku tahay somaliland militia ee laascaanod dadka xasuuqaya dee ilaahay maxay ku tahay in uu inta leeg dadka aad melaha ka dhalatay ku sugan in uu simo? u should wish for ur brother what u wish for urself. Thus, you should never support somaliland occupying lands that are not theirs.. besides this war is between subclan (dhul*) and a clan with many subclans(Isa*)..so clearly it is not gonna be easy. laakin never second guess qofkasta xaqiisa ma seegayo. xaqdarona ma waarto salaam

Genius thanks thats the plan inshallah.. Alpha, I cant really speak for what their purpose is, cuz at times I find their tickets on the expensive side (like now I have to pay 45 dollars for just one ticket bt theres deadline by june 19 if it passes im gonna have to pay 55 dollars and if i end up buying it at the door it is 60 dollars for just one person acuudubillah lol..like gimme a break and it is not just me i would love to take my younger siblings with me...so they do irritate me at times). laakin hadaan wax ka dhoho wa danbi it is probably expensive to run such events and im sure they need the funds. I am not the kind of person who goes to every conference or islamic class (we have here almaqrib/kauther seminars) . But, once in a while I do attend. Mostly it serves as a reminder for us...kuwa qalqalinaya yaga their intention only Allah swt knows..nt gonna question it! Khadar I am sure the CDs will be available at most islamic centres or muslim stores..so inshallah ull have access to that.. salaam

Lecture Topics, found them really interesting. Take a look, Miami Vice Abu Usamah Atthahabi The youth is the best time in anyone’s life. All adventure and freedom, rugged individualism and instant gratification. The sahaba were youth once as well. Guys like, Hassan and Hussain, Abdullah bin Mas’ood, ibn Umar, ibn Abbas and Mussab ibn Umayr. They were all welcome in Islam and each of them played an important role. Sometimes some sins stand in our way from becoming great and doing brilliant things in life. They hold us back and harm us and all those who love us. Journey of Faith especially invites young Muslims to cruise through the drawback of sins and find better alternatives in Islam. What’s Love Gotta Do With It? Why I Quit Facebook Posted on January 25, 2011 by Randy Peterman I realized today that Facebook was not really my problem, but as a symptom I needed to move on. We had a good fling, me and Facebook. I realized I was not blogging in part because of Twitter & Facebook. For various reasons I’m keeping Twitter active (most of them professional). I also realized I was heavily distracted throughout my time as a dad, a husband, and as a brother-in-law (since my Sister-in-law has lived with us). I was writing comments or responses to various folks, but then deleting them so as to not offend people who I had ‘friended.’ Therein lies the rub: if someone is your friend you want to care about them, but some folks were not friends, but acquaintances and I still didn’t want their facebook experience to be marred by my interjections on the site. Here on my blog I can be forthright, opinionated, and even make mistakes, but it is in my sandbox. I should be blogging more now and I should be my usual spouting self, but I’m going to warn folks: I may reign all of my blogs into one central blog and quit the split personalities. That’ll mean religion, beer, food, programming and so forth in one place. I may even switch away from WordPress to experiment with other platforms. I quit facebook so I could start relating with a few people more, rather than more people just a little. I’m back and I’m going to make an effort to spin things up to crazy, silly, funny, and personal. I don’t think anyone else should leave Facebook because I did, I’m just doing this for my own focus and purposes.
