Mr. Gaas, you must find somewhere the salaries of the 2000 soldiers trained by Dubai.  If the independence of the Somali nation is worth finding $3.6 millions, that is an easy burden or problem to resolve. I know OO, and company want to send few Al-shabaabs to your way to prove a point, yet, these Dubai mafia are replaceable.

Each and everyone must sacrifice. Do not listen to C/risaaq Juriile and the old guards who know nothing other that carry the water for foreign stooges.

I knew that the Somali regions just like the federal government could not last few months without foreign handouts. Bedsides, the people of Boosaaso had rejected Dubai and their port deals, so be a man and find new alternatives for trade and other issues.

When do we Somalis wake up?. These rich Arabs did not help the dying Syrian refugees , the Palestinians or anyone else. The only reason they spend money in Somalia was to create sectarian and separatists enclaves among the nation.

Somalis would easily find other alternatives than that expensive island of the mafia.

Wouldn't it make sense to ask Mr. Farmaajo rather than a federal state president? I am afraid you are being a hipocrite here. On the one hand you do not want federal states to deal with foreign countries, which is correct and sensible, but on the other hand you want a federal state president to raise that money when the soldiers will be short of pay right now, immediately.

He does not own a bank, he cannot gather the assembly and raise taxes, he cannot sign loans with foreign banks without having collateral of port, airport etc.

The sensible thing to do is SFG to ask Turkey or Qatar to pay them.
