I think you have it backwards; it is the community that is NOT part of the supposed Jeegaan that feels mocked and belittled by recent events. Regardless of how colorful the metaphor of Jeegan is( I am generally personally a fan of the use metaphors in language😀), I believe putting together electoral collisions based on tribal lines is a very bad idea because it leads to a segment of the population becoming politically marginalized which is precisely why the recent elections and results have left a very bad taste in the mouth of most northerners.
