The current cabinet automatically report to him and he can take as long as he can to nominate or continue with the current cabinet. But normally, judging from previous handovers, the nomination is within the first two weeks and the approval process takes as long as 2 months. After parliament blesses the nomination each of the new minister has 30 days to take over minister and get handed over by previous care-taker minister.
