Dear President-elect Muse Behi Abdi,

Please accept my warmest congratulations on your election as the 5th President of Somaliland.

The Somaliland people have elected you at a time when Somaliland is making many progress toward the development as well as many challenges for the future. I offer my best wishes as you lead our country forward and build a better future for the Somaliland’s people for the five coming years.

You are different from all former presidents who administered this country due to you handover a country which has made a lot of progress and needs to heal the progress has been making the Kulmiye administration and correct what went wrong them.

As you well aware we entered an election campaign which has its tension and divided our people, so you should give first priority to united the nation not in physically but in psychologically and began a new page of cooperation and trustworthy among them.

I look forward to supporting everyone Somali lander with you and your Administration to further enhance our country progression and lead it a suitable future which we all desired.

I wish you every success in your new appointment and hope Allah will make easy this hard job.
