Ali Abdullahi Osble is the new President of Hir-Shabelle regional state

JOWHAR (HOL) - Ali Abdullahi Osble has been elected as the president of the new Hir-Shabeele administration after his two rival candidates losing the contest.

Mr. Osoble has defeated his close contender Mohamed Abdi Warre. Mr. Osble has secured 61 votes while his rival candidate Mr. Waare got 36 votes.

Speaking after the result was annouced , the new president promised to serve the people of Hir-Shabelle with deligent ,determination and sincerity.

Ali Abdullahi Hussein (Ali Gudlawe) has also been elected as the vice-president of Hir-Shabelle state of Somalia

 

President Abdikarim Hussein Guled of Galmudug State and the eight elected members for the Upper House of the federal republic of Somalia were among dignitaries attended the presidential election of Hir-Shabelle.

 

There is an ongoing formation of Hiiraan State Administration parallel to the state formation just concluded in Jowhar.
