Saalax Posted May 20, 2013 What political force? Ceerigaabo only has one admin and that is the one of Somaliland. The Khaatumo folks are a hapless minority in this area, they were welcomed back to the city in 1993 Sanaag conference by the grace of the rulers. They know this is not Buhoodle and will face severe punishment just like their dear "Tariifiko" here, if one attempts to try to do those silly stunts.
