I agree he's a wreck for supporting al-shabaab, but if the shabaab has denied responsibility for this specific attack is it fair to accuse them of carrying it out without any evidence that proves their involvement beyond a shadow of a doubt?

I knew the late Qanar & a young lady who also died in the attack. This tragedy along with many will go down as a dark day in our recent dark history.
