Alpha Blondy Posted March 17, 2014 today i went shopping. i brought some nice shoes and clothes. i actually had a good time. the thing about being in the UK is that you could be busy doing stuff, you know. in the Republic, time is strictly demarcated. there are two majors windows of opportunities - before dhur prayer (6am to 12:20pm) and bacdal asr to maghrib (4-6pm). if you missed these windows of opportunities, you were screwed and your day was basically wasted. today, my day was successful because there was NO siesta. when i return back home to the Republic, i'll campaign against the siesta and petition legislative measures to the Somaliland Parliament. the siesta is one of the biggest obstacles to development. it reduces output.
