I think the President Should make the first visit to Uganda, that nation has a paid a heavy prize in it's effort of helping us reconstitute our state.

Officially, he went there for the 50th anniversary of their independence. I think he would have gone there either way. However, it seems Museveni is not happy about the change of leadership in Filla Soomaaliya, if one detects from his low profile.
