How do they measure any of these except age and religion? How does one know what entails a man's damiir, or aqoon, or waaya argnimo, or dambi culus? I am sure that amount ain't that much for these men to produce in few hours but I'd much rather see the $40K be the annual salary of the president. How many will drop their candidacy like a hot potato. All MPs and ministers be an army of volunteers and the PM/President split $40K salary with strict anti corruption laws.
