Somalia Posted April 26, 2012 This has been speculated before which is said to be one of the reasons why politicians in Mogadishu are pushing it ahead. I remember Faroole saying in context to the federal status of Mogadishu that if a state is established which is outside the road map it should lose its status. Samsung Posted April 26, 2012 It looks like the International community fully finally understands the internal works of clan politics in Somalia. The residents of Mogadishu no longer have the option of holding an entire nation hostage. If the road-map and Constitution isn't fulfilled in Mogadishu by the time frame prescribed for it's fulfillment, Plan B will go into full effect, and the Somali capital city will either be moved to Hargeysa or Garowe. Reer Garowe are the ones that only need to lift their finger for Sheikh Shariif to come, "Sheikh Shariif, 24 hours baa heesataa in aad Garowe ka soo degtid", that's how Faroole does business.
