Somali president asks heads at Arab summit to help his country

BAGHDAD(Sh.M.Network)- Sheik Sharif Sheik Ahmed, the presidents ofSomaliahas asked Arab leaders atIraq’s capital,Baghdadsummit to help his war-ravaged country that plagued 20-years of conflict.

 

While Addressing Mr. Ahmed at the summit he called on heads of Arab states to train Somali forces in order to restore peace and stability and fight on Al-shabab militants linked with Al-Qaeda.

 

Somali government forces and AU soldiers have managed to drive Al-shabab out ofMogadishulast years after three years of combat.

 

The agenda of the summit include facing developments in Syria, Yemen, SudanandSomalia, while the seventh article is to make theMiddle Eastfree from nuclear weapons.
