AsadSL, I don't need to cry. For 21 years, Southern and Eastern Ceerigaabo were in the hands of clan chiefs of SSC and Maakhir. Today, it is still in the hands of clan chiefs of SSC and Maakhir. The SNM flag or it's administration have no jurisdiction in Southern and Eastern Ceerigaabo.
