THE TRUTH ABOUT SOMALIA

EVERYONE, so far, seems to be lurking down or swaying from the truth; yet till we declare the inevitable, we are set to be bound nowhere in finding a solution to our own problems. Like an ostrich, we dug our heads in the ground, we feign to be hidden.

The crisis in homeland is not the most complex; nevertheless, it is one of the worst problems involving moral wretchedness stemming from total bereavement from the least of materialistic principles.

There are two methods with which humanity functions on earth, ideally in spiritual guidance and barely on man-made principle, the latter is called secularism, rules and regulations, which reflect on a metamorphosed phase of the former.

Do not kill, rob, cheat, and lie, are some of the common features about which there is unanimous agreement, originally derived from heavenly revelation, among the whole of mankind on earth, except the few odd individuals who commit it.

When the above mentioned is analysed within the context of the current situation in the politics of our beloved land, the notorious trouble makers enjoy neither spiritual guidance nor a materialistic principle of self conscience and common sense; there is a lot which can unreservedly be suggested, but mere suggestions and proposals avail naught in a land where:

1- The Gun rules

2- Freedom came in chaos

3- Tribalism is above the law of Allah.

To unravel the conundrum that is puzzling the nation, there are many negative factors both psychologically and ideologically, which is aggravating the situation.

In my opinion, of all those politicians and tribal leaders who amassed ammunition and born to kill militia, in order to influence the reconciliation process, there is none who is patriotic. What is going on in our country is an analogy of the fairy tale of the fox and the crocodile: Ah! Crocodile, you do not enjoy a tongue; and you fox, Alas! You miss the beauty of the riverside! That was when a fox borrowed the tongue of a crocodile to shrill aloud in a wedding party and never returned it!

The newly appointed government is looking for the strategic riverside to establish its seat, there is overwhelming lack of confidence towards the plan of the new government, like extinct dinosaurs, the whole infrastructure of the country is being reduced to rubbles and debris; death, diseases, and draught took its toll on the living humans and animals!

The truth is now made clear that everyone of all leaders is viewing the country's resources as booty (Ghanima), out of which one should secure a share for himself, his family, his closest of kin, and his clan. Even when there is the federal distribution of the resources, there will be definitely a fund from donor countries like the Arab league, already pledges mentioned, EU, UN and US.

Those who oppose and resist the participation of the frontline troops in peacekeeping justify their case as the natural enemies of Somalia being given a pretext to indirectly invade Somalia's sovereignty. I wonder why they could not block any chances of inviting foreign troops to the country by solving the problems even if it takes to fighting the aggressive party (Qital al Fiatal Baghiya).

There are some who talk about JIHAD (holy war) against the infidels who come to the country. If they were well armed to this extent then they should not let us suffer for fifteen years in this misery and agony, instead defend us against the unleashed born to kill hooligans.

Does not the Quran give us an injunction to form a peacekeeping force among ourselves? Why not form a strong army of mixed members from every clan who adhere to the verses in the Quran about the peace keeping force to save us from the years of killing, torture, robbery, rape and displacement?

Those who advocate for and welcome the peacekeeping force from front line neighbouring countries have different agenda overlapped with the apparently noble cause of peace and prosperity in the country.

They do not mind the country falling into an abyss of indirect foreign dominion, as long as they realise their dreams to rule the country and exploit as much of the booty, even though that comes with the share of interests with a disguised bitter foe of the country.

Amongst the two parties, there are some who are either deceived or apprehended to campaign for either cases, but the truth lies in the very intention of the orchestrating leaders, their real interests and end target.

The dilemma is evidently demonstrated in the need for a peaceful and everlasting solution, the obnoxious and daunting covert intent of frontline countries seeking a pretext to undermine the sovereignty of Somalia; the parasites that later reflexed their muscles in the regions from which they removed the former regime by force, building their wealth on the skeletons of the indigenous dissidents thereof who oppose any disruption and interruption of their routine nourishment on the blood of their victims, due to peaceful reconciliation; and finally those who are willing to displace the former.

The victim and the loser is always the feeble and helpless, unarmed innocents who are deprived of freedom and the least and basic humanitarian rights.

Former regime fled, the country is being thoroughly destroyed, human beings died, victimised, our identity as Somalis has been scornfully despised, our frontiers became transparent and no man’s land, a dustbin for the nuclear toxic waste in our waters, intrusion of foreign troops into our soil, yet the inner conscience of all leaders is not yet resuscitated.

Some feel helpless in contributing to peaceful Somalia, with their good intention; I adamantly believe that something positive can be done.

To all those who are serious in peace, I am quite sure that every Somali leader happens in anyway or another your grand father, father, uncle, friend, why not kindly advice first or boycott him alternatively!

Even the fifth dimension relativity would work well in this case, if you are not any of the above mentioned, then there is someone who knows someone else, who knows someone else, who knows some who is related to a leader, please pass him my advice to remind them of Allah, the day of judgment and death which hid their predecessors, friends and foes under the earth. Who and where are you going to rule if you have exterminated both?

Why would Muuse Suudi deploying foreign troops in lawless Mogadishu?

Why would Mogadishu clerics, who are calling for jihad, didn’t the people of Mogadishu for the last decade and half?

What makes so important deploying troops from frontline states particularly Ethiopia

The victim and the loser is always the feeble and helpless, unarmed innocents who are deprived of freedom and the least and basic humanitarian rights.

Truly, ultimately the victim is ordinary people of Somalia
