Guess what that map on the wall behind that man implies. Of course, it is Soomaaliweyn map and it is on the wall of Red Cross' office. I guess Red Cross believes Soomaaliweyn.

 

Anyway, that map has a reason why it is on the office's wall, can you guess again? The special different colouring on different locations will give you hints.

Looks like a copied version of the CIA World Factbook Somalia Clan Map. Seems like Ive seen a UN one like that too.

Well, it is just a little weird for me personally that most NGO workers in Soomaaliya and those based outside of it but visit frequently know more about Soomaali clans in a greater detail than the average young Soomaali. I have seen many of them and they do know a lot of the Soomaali clans, sub-clans and sub-sub-clans.
