The Clan Courts And Power Sharing It's Not Possible!!!

Step 4 The ICU joins the TFG and represents the southern parts of the country

---------------------------------------------------

If the ICU is to represent the southern part of the country, what are the 61 ICU members in the TFG for? They are from the ICU clans are't they?

So they want more seats for their clan thats the whole point.

Puntland will represent Central and Northeast Somalia. They should have more seats in the TFG to cause 61 isn't enough for a clan that represent Central and Northeast Somalia.

You guys see where this is heading? These guys are power hungry they want to rob the somali people.

In other words they don't want a shared Government that every clan in Somalia is represented.

The clan courts in number wise aren't bigger than the Puntland clans nor others in somalia, So why are they asking for more seats in this government. They already have their share isn't that enough? Are they saying their clan is powerfull than others so they should get more seats. They wished that was the cast but ICU can't match Puntland nor Somaliland power wise. oo I get it they are saying they control the Somali captail because of that they should get more seats but don't they know with force the Captail can be taken away from them!!!

In conclusion

------------------

We all know the Clan courts failed to Govern Mogdishu for the last 16 years let alone South Somalia. That being said if they don't allow the TFG to Govern South Somalia they will be dealt with in a manner they chose.

They won't get any more seats in the TFG cause 61 is more than enough for the clan courts. They need to live with it. Clan courts even got PM position in the TFG.

Those in the TFG and those that call themselves the Clan courts are from the same clan name changing won't change anything.

The only clan that can ask for power shareing at this moment is those way up in the North that have called their little state Somaliland.

Yemen has the answer for you. When ICU asked Yemen to help negotiations with TFG, Yemen asked the following to ICU:

1. Are you a parallel government for all Somalia and you want us to help in negotiations with TFG wether to share 50/50 60/40 75/25 of power?

2. Are You regional government of more than one from the 4.5 formula TNG started and you want to have 2X or 3X that of Puntland or Bay and Bakool in the federation?

3. Are you government of one state but you want to have more say than other states in the federal government?

4. How do we know you represent the areas you want to negotiate on their behalf. Are you sure no body from Central Somalia or South of Mugadishu will not come tomorrow to us and tell us that the ICU do not represent them?

No answer.

As a result Yemen told them it cannot call president Abdullahi Yusuf without any negotiable proposals. It would be utterly meaningless and disrespectful of Yemen to engage in something to no where.

The Clan Courts are one interesting group I tell you.

Power sharing is not an option for them cause the clans they represent are already represented in the TFG there is really notthing there to negotiat about other than telling them to disarm.

It seems there is no country that would intervene on the ICU behalf. The ICU must have a bad secret they are keeping from everyone. Countries cannot help negotiations unless there is clear demand from protagonists.

The TFG is clear.
