why do you think is hilarious? weren't they leaders of the SNM? they were part of the conflict and can be accused of human rights violation. This seems tit for tat and I don't like it. Somalis should find some other venue to settle their issues

I don't see any documents to prove your case. So it's not tit for tat. Empty rhetoric coming from Dayniile of all places does not compare to a case that has reached the supreme court.

Right on.

Of course, this sounds silly and just a reaction to the Samatar issue. However, if the Samatar case has truly opened people's eyes and made some believe they can get justice for whatever crimes were committed against them, I say good on them. If you can and if the system is there to allow you to seek your own justice then you should use the darn system.

 

 

The Samatar case will continue and non of this is going to make a difference to it though.
