Mogadishu (HOL) – Somali Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi congratulated Djibouti’s newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Amb. Abdoulkader Houssein Omar, during a phone call on Tuesday.
