Jowhar (HOL) - President of Hirshabelle, Ali Gudlawe Hussein, dismissed the Minister of Trade and Industry, Yahye Ismail Mohamed, and the Minister of Constitution, Qader Hassan Mohamed, following a decree issued by the Office of the President.
