In reply to your post, I will post again an old poem of mine I posted in this forum in 2002. here it goes: SILENCE covers both peace and grief The white dove, the symbol of peace Opts to befriend with the SILENCE Without IT, the dove departs And takes the peace away The grieved takes refuge in SILENCE And shares his pain with the SILENCE But this is another SILENCE! Silence covers both love and hatred It covers the love that's difficult to express It represents the hatred you hate to declare It isn't by the silence that we define But what the silence contains!
