Have heard stories of women falsely accusing their husbands of child abuse, of being a wife abuser. No, no, wait.. This is pure evil. :mad: UPDATED: 11:34 pm EDT April 11, 2005 COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A Columbus woman was arrested Monday morning and was charged with falsely reporting her estranged husband was involved in a terrorist plot to bomb the United States and Saudi Arabian embassies in London, the FBI said. Khadrah Farah Ali Khadrah Farah Ali was arrested by FBI agents at her home without incident. Ali, 42, would not talk about the charge against her as she left federal court Monday. According to the complaint, Ali told FBI agents March 23 and March 24 that her estranged husband, Osman Yusef Dirie, had told her that he and four Moroccans were going to bomb the embassies. The FBI was forced to investigate the allegations. The FBI said that when questioned again on April 4, Ali admitted to lying about the plan. Ali also claimed that her husband tried to have her killed. Ali said she made her statements last month to "damage" Dirie, who she claimed married her in an attempt to obtain residency status in the United States. He is currently living in England. The FBI, CIA and British intelligence officers were looking into the claims before Ali said they were false, NBC 4's Mike Bowersock reported.
