Suicide explosion rocks Somalia’s capital

A suicide bomber has blown up himself at a busy Ice-cream shop near the KM4 junction in the Somali capital, Mogadishu on Friday evening.

Police say the bomber detonated explosives strapped around his waist among many people in the area and killed a number of customers and wounded others.

At least seven people killed after a suicide explosion near an ice-cream and bakery shop on the airport road in Mogadishu. No group claims for Friday’s bomb explosion.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
