There is now a different commission to work on borders of kilils and also rights of nationalities and conflicts within kilils. That was all House of Federation work. The Amxara did not want a Tigray, Keria to adjudicate the Amxara conflict in their kilil. The Amxara and Abiy also did not want Keria to adjudicate in South. It is not third powerful. It is not speaker of Parliamnet. This is senate like not house of representative. This position has no place in government or power structure. Its exactly a constitutional court.
