Old_Observer Posted March 6, 2019 Simple answer to Kenya is that "We are working on constitution and election after which Somalia can have body that can enter into long term agreements that can be enforced. Until then things stay frozen and Kenyans should help to get there fast if you want to close this file. Everybody is confused, but when it comes to Ethiopia both Kenya and Somalia have same interest.
